I was surprised for my birthday with an amazing dinner prepared and cooked by Chef Luke. It was plated and served and I am going to tell you it was by far the best meal I have ever had. David was Chef Luke’s assistant for the night and the two of them made an excellent team.

David was attentive, offered interesting conversation in between helping Luke with dinner and insured our young grand daughters were included.

This was the best culinary experience you will ever have. Would I recommend Chef Luke? 100%. I can’t wait until we can do this again. Best surprise ever!!

My husband and I attended one of Luke’s dinner events and not only was the atmosphere and total experience amazing, but the food was top notch. I am still thinking about the tenderloin that was cooked to perfection and perfectly paired with sides and wine. Luke is not only a great chef, but his calm and cheerful personality is perfect for group events large or small. Thanks for the amazing evening.

They catered my mom’s wedding and the food and service was absolutely amazing!! Sara was fantastic and she was bringing the girls food and drinks when we didn’t have time to eat before getting the bride ready. David, the bartender was awesome and he made phenomenal drinks. Overall we had such a great experience and would definitely recommend them!

Pop-Up Event

Ladysmith, December 2023

My sister and I celebrated our happy retirements with tickets to Chef’s Course’s Pop Up Dining Experience in Ladysmith last weekend! The cocktails and wine pairings were beautifully matched with each of the six courses, and every course was surprising, delightful, and absolutely delicious! The entire experience surpassed expectations, and I was excitedly expecting a lot because of what I had heard about Chef Griffin’s dining experiences. The service was attentive and warm, the guests a pleasure to meet and the live music by Trevor Price a wonderful accompaniment to our meal and lively conversation.
This Pop Up (meat) menu was extraordinary. I look forward to Chef Griffin’s seafood dining experience, possibly in the spring?
